Why not 8020? No powder coat needed and plenty of add on options down the road. For the price of a steel stand, I would do 8020 all day long.

That's how I build my stands like in the picture. All mitered corners, no open tubes to start rusting from the inside. It's almost the same amount of work as for a larger stand minus some cross braces, just less material. I use a 14" cold saw at work to do the miter cuts. Not something someone has at home. I have a new build and remodel in planning stages so I can't do any side jobs for sometime, sorry.

I did see this, its a bit wide but the length is good.
