Whole House Fan in room with tank?

Has anyone placed the intake for a whole house fan in the room with their tank? Any problems from the salty/moist air in the fan or in the attic?

Part of me thinks it would be great for the pH of my tank, and the other part of me is thinking that maybe it is a bad combo and I should just run an exhaust fan outside.

considering salt does not evaporate, the moisture shouldn't be too bad. how much is your evaporation / week? I wouldnt put the intake right above the tank

Your water evaporates will be a lot more during winter times. Summer heat will evaporate less. Only fresh water. Salt will stay in the tank. I only use the room fan to cool off my tank during summertime. Good luck

Run ac. Once again, cheaper. Having a tank in an unventilated room is more of a humidity issue than temperature. The humidity will cause many more issues long term.
