The Riptide looks really solid. They had the middle model in a 90 at 40% and it looked like about all that tank could take before it would start losing water over the far end. The middle model will be out in Oct for "less than $300", with both a small & larger model coming later in the year. Comes with a controller and two can be run as master/slave. Pretty sure the guy said in time they want to be Apex compatible - but I guess that is to be expected.
Panta Rhei had their pumps there. Small one is a little less flow than an MP60 for the same price - bigger fsize in the tank than an MP60, but less suction power into the pump and more laminar flow. Middle one was about $2k - my buddy is considering one to replace his three MP60's.
The Neptune Wav didn't do much for me, but the Flo looks interesting. It's big and bulky and doesn't look too stackable - but you can hang it on a wall. The reservoir tanks have sensors that will trigger your Apex to alert you if they run low. A buddy of mine was at the Apex breakfast and said they talked that if you use it to dose 2-part, you will be able to input your desired calcium levels into your Apex and the system will make dosage adjustments as-needed to meet/maintain. That's pretty cool. I heard price is $350.
Being in a drought, the Ice Cap Smart RODI caught my eye. 2:1 waste ratio at ~160GPD depending on temp & pressure. I won a Pinnacle 100 GPD at Max and will probably sell it before it ever gets wet and go with the Smart.
Royal Exclusiv had 25% off everything - almost grabbed a double cone 200 but had some self control even though my wife said to do it. I may have learned a hard lesson on that one. LOL
Neptune had a tank with a Kessil, Radion, Hydra and a 4th light that I forget. Kinda interesting seeing them all side by side on a single tank. I was hoping to be impressed with the Kessils, but seeing then all over the show floor just kinda made me that much more impressed with Radions. The side-by-side sealed that for me.
