I have 3 Occelaris clowns in my tank now, they've been there a while. I'm buying a pair of Clarkii clowns today and was going to put them in my small tank, just wondering what the chances are of the 2 species getting along if I was to put them in the bigger tank (60 gallons)?

The clarkii are very aggressive. They will defiantly go after and maybe kill the other clowns. And bully the rest of the tank. I had a pair and gave them to a friend because the female clarkii forced all of the other fish into the corners of the tank.

I had a pair of Clarkii and got rid of the female because she bullied the other fish. The male I kept and alone he's pretty chill. Once Clarkiis pair they get very territorial.

Interesting, good to know. I decided to err on the side of caution and put them in the cube. Although they were in a tank with other fish as well as an Occelaris pair, but the Occelaris pair was a bit bigger. By chance, has anyone had them host a Rock Anemone? I was thinking of trying one. I love how natural they look.
