Will Trade Iphone 4 for MP40

I don't really know if you can do this but I have a GSM Iphone 4 unlocked for Trade for a MP40.

Got the 5 for christmas so I have no more need for the 4.

No one in need to get rid of a MP40 and also wants an Iphone?

The Iphone 4 is basically brand new and around 2 months old max. My old Iphone 4 broke so I took it to the Apple store and they replaced it for me with a new one around August of 2012 and in the box since December 25.
