Wood stand question

How often do you have to replace the wood stand on a fish tank? Or does it last for a long time? I want to get a 180 gallon tank but I am afraid I will have to replace the stand at some point.

if the tank is not leaking, the wood stand will last the life of the tank.

the failure will be if the tank leaks and your stand gets wet.

what [MENTION=7381]oredith[/MENTION] said, if the stand doesnt get wet it last as long as your tank or maybe longer. unless you have termites then you have another problem.
