you frag with your teeth ???
no... i grab the glue with my hands then i open it with my mouth some times... big mistake... but lately, when i frag with just my hands or nails, i can still feel the affects... only when i frag protopalyzoa... it's strange... like if i have an allergy with it now... i can't even touch proto's because i'll get the symptoms... sucks...

Yeah that crap is bad. I had a cut in my hand once (pretty fresh) and was working on my first tank (less than a month into the bobby). Picked up my brown button corals and they started sliming. Didnt think anything of it at the time, but I remember going to bed with the worst headache and having cramps in my legs and back. Just didnt feel natural to me. I took some ibuprofen and was ok the next day. hen found out about the toxins a month later and have always wore gloves since and ensured any cuts or abrasions had either scabbed over or is covered with tegaderm.

I use tweezers to handle the heads I cut off so that I don't touch them while they are spewing their guts out.

i think it's protopalyzoa that are dangerous... i also heard that palygrandi are also killers... but protopalys are very common in our hobby... i'm sure every one of us reefers on this forum have a couple in the tank...

TRUCHAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!...

One time I was scrubbing inside my tank and my arm started to get some hives but then again I get the same thing on some beaches when I walk on water. Probably have a sensitive skin or something or the water is too dirty?
