gave me the runaround to buy a tank, then decides he cant get it out of the garage so he'll give me a diff one thats out front for cheap, so i go there after wasting days where he says come but then blew me off, i have PM's to prove, then i get there and the tank is filthy and covered in coraline, i thought he was a good guy so we traded (our deal)
i gave him $600+ worth of stuff for a 120g..
i picked it up at his convenience at 9:00pm (an hour drive)
its dark.
i get home and started cleaning the coraline off, the bottom of the tank coming from the return hole to the side of the overflow box is cracked. so i call him, and he FLIPS out saying theres "no way its cracked".
hung up on me and told me he would "put a bullet in my head".
That about sums it up...so now i have a stand and a cracked tank that i needed set up ASAP. Thanks David. Truly. :hmmmm::y::hello:

Oh but 5 minutes ago, Theres "NO way its cracked" but NOW mybe it is, but wasnt before? make up your mind..pics are on way. I dont like dealing in this manner, Im fair. Weve both been doing this for a long time. But thats just wrong..

There is NO crack on that tank. Don't start to put the word out my mouth.

You inspected the tank 2 days....on Wed and Thur yesterday when you picked it up. There is NO crack whatsoever with the tank.

Don't lie to me dude....

I have dealt with Dave (letsgotothezoo) before several times and I always had a good experience, and I know Joe (scav) bought a 120 from him with no problems and got a good deal.

This guy is something else. He DROPPED the tank by himself and now is saying that I sold him like that.

I EVEN offer him to put water inside the tank prior to pickup. He said he doesn't need to.
If the tank cracked, I throw it away. I am NOT going to sell or trade something with cracked tank......

Many of you guys dealt with me in the past. I NEVER would do something like this.

first you tried to sell me pumps that you GAURUNTEED they work, but i said try and plug them in, and 2 out of the 5 worked? I dont care if youve got 100 people saying your a good guy and you sell nice stuff. All it takes is one time where you got greedy. You see the pics now? it IS cracked. and I dropped it? No buddy its still in the back of my truck. Look closer.

You can see...that's NEW crack. There is NO coraline algae whatsoever on the bottom of the tank.
The crack was so visible....it must be a stupid people to buy that kind of tank.

All of you come 2 days to my house inspect the tank...and didn't see that BIG A$$ CRACK ?? You must be full of it.

yeah read again I CLEANED IT UP. you know it was filthy when i picked it up and DARK!
i know what you did and now after the fact i go back and read it all makes sense and adds up how you refused to sell me the original tank with water in it that i wanted...how you wouldnt put it on a cart to roll it to the truck..why it was filthy and u wouldnt clean it first..go look at my solana do you see anything wrong with it? tell me what would i get out of breaking the tank myself? i traded you everything ...only to get skrewed.

did my wife or sister look at the tank once? they were sitting on the curb the hole time..i still laugh at how you refused to sell me any other tank. not the 5 foot, not the 100g, not the cube..only the 120g. JUDGEMENT WILL HAVE ITS DAY.

FYI, the bottom of the tank is NOT dirty. You can see it the bottom.

gets me thinking you got the tank that same day/week and swapped it out to me in a few hours...not even looking at it...

If you said the bottom of the tank was dirty and has coraline on it and you can't see it. HOW COME THE CRACK IS SO CLEAN....AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE DUST OR CORALINE IN IT ??
You can see that crack is SO FRESH. You can see through the crack line....It's a FRESH CRACK.
