WOW! Just witnessed Clowns laying eggs!

Just as the title says. I just witnessed my clowns lay their first clutch. I've been noticing them cleaning that particular spot for a few days now. Female is just an Onyx Percula bought 1-2 years back and the male is a doni's reef Grade A Picasso bought 10/02/08. Here's a video of what I caught, Enjoy! I'm super stoked!:rockon::rockon::

The female which is the larger one I bought off of my cousin and I believe he got it at Ali's Amazing Aquariums and Reefs. Looks like Onyx, but could just be a wild caught. Not sure.

The male I purchased from Doni's Reef back in 2008 as a Grade A Picasso.

They start out Orange, then as time progresses, they will turn silver and you will be able to see their eyes. They will hatch soon, usually an hour or two after the lights go out.

Cool thanks for the info! So what's the turn around 2 weeks from spawn to hatch? I believe they were spawned on the 6th.

Yeah maybe next clutch/spawn I'll try to get them to lay on a clay pot. I don't have a separate system for them to hatch anyways. Looks like they've hatched...don't see them on the rock anymore
