I would go with 2-wp25's. One wp40 will give you enough flow but you might have dead spots depending on you your rockscape. 2 wp25s will give you better random flow and less dead spots

whstd the diff between the old controller and the new one? Can you post pic's? I have a 150gal corner tank Dims are 48 (front) X 36(side) X 36(side). I already have one WP-40 with a variable power supply, what would you reecomend?
One more WP-40 or 2 WP-25?

I would recommend 1 more wp40 and 1 nc for your current pump so you can control the flow better.
