I got mine from "aqua2goled" on eBay. They ship from the U.S., so returns won't be a nightmare if you get a bad one. He sells a lot of lights and maintains 100% feedback.

eBay, just narrow your search by distance so u can get it from a local seller, u might even be able to pm him and do local pick up.
