Going from a 12g nano to a 140 (soon to be 170) total volume set up has left me in a pretty big heating hole.

currently using a jager 250w, and it's struggling to keep my temp at 78 over night.

on top of that, it's pretty stupid watching the temp change in the RO/DI bin with the 150w that was being used on the nano.

anyways, wtb a couple 250w+ heaters.

I've got a 300 watt Eheim Jager heater I can sell ya. It was only used for two months and in excellent condition. PM me an offer if you want it. I'm not too far away in Torrance.

Probably best to just buy new heaters. Older heaters have a tendency to go out and I wouldn't want to risk my tank on a $30 piece of equipment.

Jeff I have a few in house I can pm you on wed and let you know price and what I have in stock at the shop
awesome. thanks.. :)

also, i'm not too overly worried about the ones for the main tank either. the way the sump is set up, and the chamber it's in, even if one melts down, the acrylic should contain it fine, and the apex should kill it when it gets to 82.
