WTB 36in Light rail

Does anybody have a 36in light rail/frame system? I need to mount two different led lights. Vega and Reefbreeders value fixture.

Anyone know how i can make a metal frame to hold the fixtures?

I have a 36" sol rail and legs. BTW sorry for flaking on the rocks for the GFO Tony, been super busy with moving into the house. You can pick up and give it a try to see if it works.
