WTB: ReefBreeders Photon 32"

Considering upping my light, looking for a ReefBreeders Photon 32" or something similar. If you don't have a ReefBreeders but have something similar I am looking for the following:

• 32ish inches and around 300 wattage size fixture
• Programmable (Sunrise/Sunset ramp-able) only.
• Extremely good condition (a little normal wear and tear is fine but not looking for anything that's not immediately usable).
• Has a hanging kit.
• Available for pick up in SoCal or seller is willing to ship.

It's OBO, so you can probably lowball him a little bit, offer 350, and go back and forth and get it for 375 or something like that.
