Wtb : Small piece of live rock to seed new tank

Couldn't stay out of the hobby long. 3 years have passed and I finally decided to set up a new tank, although a much smaller tank, the itch is bigger than ever... With that said, starting from scratch... So, does anyone know where I can buy a small piece of healthy (pest free), coralline covered live rock to seed my dry rock?

Or... Has anyone used that "Coralline Algae - In a Bottle" stuff?
