Must mean you found a more manageable tank. Did you find a buyer for the other one?

Used this for a year and decided to try T5s. The MH bulb is a 15,000K XM bulb that is around 2 months old. VHO bulbs around 8 months. Have a few new VHO bulbs to go along with this setup. My tanks are all gone now and it's just sitting around collecting dust. $200 picked up. I'm in Banning.

Just get something off of ebay. Here's a short video for you to consider. Nothing says you can't start like this then add to it so supplement where you want to go. Or change it out all together in the future. Go on ebay, look at lights then go on Youtube and do a search for reviews of those lights. You'll see peoples tanks and hear what they have to say. Unless they're mimes like some and say nothing or worse add text to their videos yet you hear all the background noise.

Don't say if you have a hood or not. That'll add to the type of light you get also as where you want to go in the hobby. Two of the lights already posted will take you anywhere in it you want to go. Ones pretty far from you. One I don't think would do well on a rectangular tank and the other you can see the tank it was on and the guy kept it for a reason even after selling off his tanks. I guess he's lurking maybe to see if something he likes pops up to fit his light he kept.
