wtb T5 lights

I am currently running 2 250 mh 20k and a chiller i want to reduce my electrical bill and also get more vibrant colors any one have a 36 inch t5 set up for sale or know of any good links on retro kits :help:

if you go icecap you will cut the watts down to about 280 for 4 bulbs, not sure if you were going to go more then that. icecap boosts a 36watt bulb to about 55 or 60 watts. you do tend to burn a little more on the whiter side though. like my ati blue+ bulbs look less blue then they do in my noraml ballast. not that it really matters im just letting you know what to expect. i use 4 bulbs run on icecaps 660, and 2 bulbs for sunrise/sunset on a workhorse5 ballast (normal output). i think total watts is around 320 or so.

Brooke you need like a 36" 6 bulb. then slap 5 ATI blue + and one KZ Purple and you will be money. My exact setup! Except I have a 48" fixture!

sounds like the right idea, i would put 2 purples though, they have the same par level anyways and pop color blue cant.

Haha, I wish I could fit 48' that is what my hubby is getting. Nice setup!
