WTF I dipped my new favia & this little beastie fell out Name this pest?

I dipped my Favia in coral revive & this little SOB comes out it seemed stunned but still moved but just wiggled back & forth. It seemed like the area on the Favia where it was living has more damage now. I took a picture while it was still in the coral. Anybody have any clue as to what the heck this thing is? Or how evil it can be ?Thanks

It's a pod but if it didn't die then you have to ask yourself what else doesn't die when you dip. Revive doesn't kill everything which is I don't use it anymore
