Added a few more pics I just set this tank up like 2 months ago all that's in there are a few zoas and slimmer,birds nest and setosa. Came home turned on the light and shocked to see this I hope it's not some kind of pest. Do you think I'll win tank of the month
Yep, it's either a spaghetti worm or a hair worm. Either way, it's a harmless and just eats detritus. They are usually in the sand bed or in rock crevices, but they will move around from time to time.
