I'll let you know after I check with the wife. I'm getting my 65 set up tonight with rock and sand from a buddy's tank, and a couple of my smaller tanks I'm tearing down, so I can do a fowlr/predator tank... He'd be right at home in there.

I got the rock and sand in the tank last night, with about 25 gallons of water. Gonna finish filling it and such over the next couple days. Should be a short cycle since it's all from established tanks. I'm on spring break next week, so it would be easy for me to come down there at some point.

sounds like a date... I feed him goldfish... But with a lot of eels he is practically blind, so I knock out the fish by flicking it with my fingers in the net (Jason @ TRFS taught me that hahaha) and but the net down into the tank where he mostly stays and he smells it and comes out and takes it from net. he's really cool, you could probably train him to eat out of your hand if your crazy like that. lol Anyways just wanted to share that with you to make sure that's ok with you.. once a day or every other day. 7 goldfish are a buck so 4 bucks a month to feed!

That's fine with me... Sounds easier than feeding live rats to snakes, and I've been doing that for years... I have squid, krill, scallops, silversides, and I forgot what else im my freezer. I'll get him eating frozen from my feeding tongs before I think about hand feeding.

I have 3 varieties of palys I can frag. One is kinda orange, one is tan/reddish with some random fluorescent green spotsand streaks, and the third are mint chips or whatever... Green oral disk, brown body and skirt.

I also have some shrooms I could frag. Let me know what interests you and I'll get them cut and mounted so they're ready to go when I pick up the eel.
