we all know this isn’t cool. But it’s up to us to enforce this. “It’s our street, with our kids”. Once again, not too long ago, 2 members got hit by scammers. Rules are quite simple and easy to meet

I totally agree with you.
Sadly, people will get scammed .. not saying this poster is/isnt...I dont know, because there is no history, wont even take the time to read a sticky .. I won't take the chance. Could be a flipper.. Dont know either. A "good deal" is..until it isnt.

I dont see them posting this, or the other listing on offerup or anything else.. just on a forum that they can create an account with any old email.

No one wants to chase anyone one off the forums.. sorry you dont see the need to for its community to point out that, your only commitment here was to "sell" something.... if that is all you are looking for.. there are a lot of online sites to cater to just that... ebay, offerup, craigslist. facebook market place... etc...

Don't get discourage. This is a forum open to peoples opinions which is good because you learn from info both good and bad. Sometimes reading comments may come off rude but I'm sure that's not anybody's intention. They're just trying to keep you informed. It's not that hard to meet the minimum, just a little time and effort but you get back so much more. You get back what you put in....which is soo true with this hobby.
