Finally got my light hung and turned on. Now waiting for the lamp to burn in for the color to to settle in. As of now, its more of a 16k.

LED's just need a good light diffuser that doesn't eat PAR/PUR to make the source less directional. Ideally for large footprints, it would also be beneficial to space the LED's out a few more mm, and add another ring of them around a normal sized puck. I'm not some awesome designer by any means, but to me, the thing truly holding back LED's is their lack of innovation in array design. I think they can get to T5 quality, just need design improvements in a few area's, and more LED's per puck.

Being on that sweet college student budget I just can't see spending this kinda money on a fixture which needs lights replaced every 6-8 months. Just the thought makes my wallet weep
