dude. i came home, had enough time to take a shower, and then headed out to the SCRK meeting.. -_-

i haven't even had time to sort through them to delete the crap yet.

if there's one thing Days of Thunder taught me though, is that rubbing is racing

Nascar = Yawn!!!

It's all about streets of willow with a 1000cc engine between your lags as you're doing 200+ down a straight and starting to prep your body position and entry speed before hitting a nice turn.

I would have been right there with ya, until this weekend.

I have always laughed at NASCAR because it seemed like it takes no skill.. i mean, hell, turn left. it's like driving in LA traffic, but faster.

when your head is literally 1 foot away from the car, trying to take pictures as they blow by, you get to see just how much these cars are being driven on the ragged edge.

Days of Thunder wasn't joking, loose is fast, but on the edge of out of control. those cars only LOOK planted on TV. the cars are basically doing a continuous controlled drift around the corners.

also, you can't hit 200+ at SOW.. :p you'd be lucky to hit 150 down that straight.. :p
