So once again, I recently changed my lighting to leds (maxspect razor 160w) it's sitting 10" above my 30g cube. I don't have anything to measure par values. The approximate distance from the light to the bottom of the tank is about 2ft. The intensity is 45%white and 57%blue. I don't know if I should crank up the intensity of the leds since the mushrooms and zoas on the bottom of my tank seem to be reaching for the light. Or should I just increase one color (whites vs blues)? Thanks

I would do an overall increase of like 10% per week and take note. Sometimes my zoa's reach but I haven't changed any lighting.

Yeah that would be my recommendation, I had LEDs for a while and they are SUPER powerful, you will kill or bleach out your coral if you do it too fast.

Try and supplement some t5 until it fully gets use to LEDs. All my montis bleached even though u went from 4 bulb t5 to 2 bulb t5 with 12 3w LEDs running at about half. I'm slowly increasing the power. But yes. They are very bright.

Thanks for the help guys
I increased each channel by 5% two days ago and the mushrooms went down and spread out flat :) the zoas still seem to be reaching but I'll see if a 5% increase next week will change that
