So no matter what I do, I can grow mostly anything in my tank but with zoas I seem to get a little bit of algae growth that covers them to the point where they won't open and start to die. What steps can I take to prevent this from happening to my new batch I got from MAX.

I have like 5 tangs. It's like a really fine algae that they can't graze on.

But no yellow tang. Purple. Blue. SailFin tangs. Fox face. Lawnmower Benny all graze 24/7.

Turbo snail? I heard even sea hares do a great job at that but if they die they can nuke your tank. Or maybe try putting them on a frag rack that hangs on the side of the glass.
