I'm not the kind of person that does something like that. I will either handle it privately or ignore it and never deal with him again. I prefer to just let him know in the nicest way possible and hope he will take it ok.

It depends on the particular picture. Sometimes I add warmth, sometimes I tone down the saturation, sometimes a combination of both. You just have to play around with it till you get it to look as much like it does in real life as you can.
