A 20 gallon long would make a nice sump. They are about 30.25" L x 12.75 W x 12.75 T... if you have the room. I think you can find them for around $20-$30. Below is a 20 gallon long I picked up from PTF for $20, $9 in 1/4" cut glass, and $5 in silicone.

Let me ask you guys this. Have you ever had a problem with silicone you used?

Years ago not thinking I used the anti mold silicone on a sump I made, I used for year and never had a problem.

I have had a couple Valentini puffers and a Huma Huma trigger over the years. They didn't touch my coral but one of the Valentini puffers ate my cleaner shrimp after months of being in the tank. In his defense I had gone out all day and left the lights off so I think it might have been a mistake...

Does this work with the Lite system with I/O port or will I need another module? I'm looking into getting a APEX Lite set and I don't know all of it's capabilities yet Thanks, Nick

I'm still not sold on this... I see people saying they use the BRS pH prob but not on the "APEX JR" specifically. I saw one guy say he uses them on his apex aqua controller, that is the older model right? One guy on Bulkreef said it didn't work on the Jr and he tried two.
