Quick update, I've misplaced the hanging kit so that is not included. Fixture is still available. Yes the ballast is included and is a Vertex 250 watt electronic ballast.

Question I have the same light How does the Hanging kit work, I could never figure mine out, does the kit fit into the two little slides? You can see the slides on the first photo, the slides are in the middle.

There are 2 threaded bolts if you will that the hanging kit screws into.
