I found a little crab, just smaller than a penny. In an acro colony I bought. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't gonna ruin anything.

Its a good thing
Uhhhh.....not necessarily Kbra. Not all crabs found in Acros are safe. Many will slowly eat the coral.
If it is brown, black or other darker color and has a fuzzy looking body then it could be very bad and will eat your Acro. If it's brightly colored and has a smooth looking body then it's most likely a commensal Acro crab.

I have seen tiny white colored crabs eating the acro, about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. and area around the crab was destroyed, why take a chance?

The white acropora crab with a black band across its eyes are also called bandit crabs and are considered reef safe , they eat the mucus of the coral as well as any food that may drift in their space. In a nice size acro colony they add a nice touch to any aquarium.
