recently i found out that couple of sps were turned white from the bottom up not bleaching any tissue so therefore i suspected that my sps got eaten slowly by AEFW, so I'm thinking to take the remaining sps out and dip then transfer them to different tank since i only have a few of them. So that way i can prevent and avoid more trouble later on cuz I always love Stick Corals no matter what, and dream one day my tank is gona be like you know TOTM status. SO anyway, how long do you think they (the AEFW) will survive if there is no SPS in the tank. OR are there any others option.? thanks

Well those could be signs of AEFW but you need to make sure. Dip the coral in lugols 10 drops to one quart and they will start to fall of in 1-2 minutes. If indeed you dont have them then water parameters could be to blame.
