There also making laws about invasive species. So any species that isn’t native to the surrounding area will be considered illegal due to the economic impact if that species was able to get into the wild. As many of you know native species are illegal to capture and sell/own in California as well.
Soon enough we’ll will be surrendering our dogs and cats to the communist regime that will be ruling over us.

With doing my research. I think in any state it’s illegal to sell native species. But if you want to sell them out of state that is somehow okay.
I think the law only applies to artificially altered fish like the glow fish.
Speaking of pets. Again without researching. Hollywood supposedly made a law years ago that pets aren’t just pets but companions and family members and to be considered so in law suits. So if someone in one manner or another killed your “pet”, it’s the same as killing your child.

I hope I’m not making this political. But f—- these nutts want to outlaw everything.
I do understand the inhumane ways of factory farming. But in all honesty what are we as a society to do. They government keeps letting people in the country, there’s no regulations on population. Kids having kids with no hopes of bettering there lives. So instead of finding solutions for the root cause of factory farming the politicians just make ways to make important goods more expensive. Further driving a wedge between the rich and the poor and trying there hardest to eliminate the middle class.
I told my wife like 15ys ago if the government/people in power really wanted to fix welfare all they would need to do is it develop a way to give a child a vasectomy type procedure that could be reversible that made every male child sterile. Then when that male grow to be of age and had the funds to reverse the vasectomy then he could pay for the surgery. There for there would never be any unplanned child births.
But no the people in power wanna keep the majority of the population dumb and hungry so that there little chance for someone to rise up and take control of the country.

Had a neighbor years ago, President of the Southern California tortoise club or something. Going back almost 50 years. They wanted to start putting desert tortoises back into the wild. Considered endangered. They somehow figured there were more in captivity and captive born than in the wild. The state turned them down saying they would probably introduce disease to the wild ones. Why’s it matter? If the wild ones died you wouldn’t know the difference and there‘d still be desert tortoises in the wild.
You’re in the IE. Years ago during the housing boom out there. They stumbled on a kangaroo rat called the Stephens kangaroo rat. Endangered. There were other kangaroo rats out there too that were identical to them. If I remember right the only way to tell the difference was to dissect them. So during construction they had monitors watching. If they saw a rat they’d catch it dissect it to determine if construction could continue or not. If it turned out to be a Stephens rat they potentially just killed the last one ever or at least lessened the numbers.
What are they doing now with all this public land with endangered species on it? Building solar farms on thousand of square acres. Government logic.
