So first off how uses the apex built in seasonal programming?
I DO!
I actually use all the seasonal programming from daylight start/end to temperature adjustment
I programmed all this shortly after setting up the 187g. I had already been using the moonlight scheduling. I just went through and modified the temp and day light schedule. I did try to program the moon/temp/day to match our local seasons.
It does get really complicated tho and there’s a lot of moving parts in the controlling.
So let’s start with the temp controlling.
I went to my heats and fans and programmed the RT (Regional temperature)
This is how the heaters kinda look. They all have a slight adjustment in the 0.0-. This is so they all don’t turn on at the same time.
Here’s how the fans are programmed
The fans all have the same coding. They don’t require the wattage the heaters do. So I’m not afraid of all the fans turning on at the same time.
To be continued
