I Decided to switch over all my AI sol lights to wireless and also control them using the Director wireless controller. Everything went great on 4 of the units. They worked perfectly, but on my other 2 lights I had some issues. On the first light the adapter would not light up when plugged into the data port of the light. No matter what I tried it would not work. The other light would power up the adapter and the director would recognize it but the light just simply refused to respond to the controller. I contacted AI about the problem and they responded promptly the next day. After multiple emails back and forth with things to try to remedy the issues it was determined that the lights control board were not working properly and needed to be replaced. Both lights are out of warranty but they sent out 2 brand new ones and an additional adapter at NO CHARGE. They gave me directions to replace the boards also. They did not have to send out those boards or adapter for free since I was out of warranty but because they really value the customer they sent me the parts to fix my issue. I cannot say enough about them and how awesome they are. It's because of things like this that I will continue to support them, recommend them, and use AI products. Thanks Again Justin for all your help
