Are clownfish poisonous☠️🐕?

I just lost a clownfish to my 7 moths old dog
We were cleaning the fish tank when the clown fish jump out ,
because my bigger tang was eating all crazy and the clown Freak out and jump out of the tank and my good dog 🐕 cut it right away but he didn’t let go this time 😬 the clownfish is swimming 🏊‍♂️ on my dogs stomach now
Now should I be concerned?

Not poisonous but if you pull a line of never ending scarfs of different colors out of your dog's mouth, you now know why.......
