We found this really cool Arrow Crab at the beach. I've read good and not so good things about them. So far he has been just fine in our aquarium. Any thoughts or tips on how to care for him? Will he want to eat any future cleaner shrimp we may add to our aquarium?

Probably not the best idea to just take home things you haven't researched on how to care for. In California, it's illegal, unless you have a fishing license and you collect in the right area and it's not fish.

I would be very cautious with the crab, sooner or later it will catch and eat fish. Males will grow to almost 10", the females rarely get to 5". The definitely will attach and eat other crustaceans. All crabs are opportunistic feeders and if insufficient food is present they may pick at mushrooms or polyps searching for food. Just because it has behaved itself so far does not mean that it will continue that behavior.

I had a Arrow Crab that would pull hermit crabs out of their shell and eat them. I would be cautious.
