Starting my break down/downgrade and these fish I can't keep... Too big for the wife's 40 gal tank.
I've had these fish for a while now and are very healthy (my Tank has never had ich) and ich free. They eat frozen and pellets!

Located in Tustin close to Coral Gazers...

Quick question... is asking $140 a steep price for a fully established purple tang of this size and age that eats frozen and pellets and in perfect health and never had ich?

It's not the price of your fish, it's the size. Most people here actually prefer smaller fish, 2"-3" is the ideal size. By the way, your purple tang's price is not steep at all if you can find the right buyer. I would definitely jump on your fish if I had a 200 gallons fish tank. Anyway, it's a fat and beautiful fish.
