I'd imagine so. I don't have a wrasse in my tank so I didn't have to worry about it.
I got an easy solution from the Op since I have tanks everywhere. Get rocks that have aiptesia and put them into a small tank, and throw a couple of those in there. They will eat the aiptesia and reproduce. When the rocks are clean. Get more from your reef and they will clean them again. The speed will go faster each time.

How many do you need to eat an aiptasia-filled reef tank? tried two filefish (at different times), and they have both starved to death. My fire shrimp doesn't tolerate any peppermints either. How many do you have left? My family and I will be going to Disney next week. Thanks!
