Buying CuC and worried about diseases.

I recently bought a tank setup complete with fish and some corals and want to get some nassarius snails to sift the sand and eat some left over food. Should I be worried about parasites or diseases when introducing them to an "established" tank? If yes, what kind of precautions can I take?

the concern is technically the tomont stage of parasites could attach to the hard shell of the cuc

i qt my inverts by putting them in a fallow tank for 76 days

you can buy "qted" inverts from dr reef

reefcleaners keeps their cuc in fishless systems, however they come directly from the ocean
saltwateraquarium carries cuc that is also in fishless systems afaik

not sure i'd call those "qted" but risk would be less
