Worked great for me, been using it for about 2 years with no problem except a little browning, but I will never dose it again.

Why won't you use it again? You gotta talk this out. I'm about to use it again. It's been 6 months from the last time. I had 0 ill effects besides having to do
Large water changes and having dirty glass more often.

I don't like to dose chemicals / antibiotics to cure cyno bacteria bloom , water change adjust flow is a lot cheaper , when you kill the bacteria doesn't really address why its there and usually comes back in time its like putting a band aid on a gushing wound and its really expensive I use it as a last resort the reason the bacteria is there is it settles on nutrients which so happened to have settled in a dead flow area or section of your aquarium try adjusting the flow to ensure that the nutrients be flushed into water Colum and be filtered and or skimmed out

u used it and had no ill effects but you are using it again what every six months or so ,address why the bacteria is there and not just kill the bacteria and wait for it to come back and use the antibiotic base product again which is exspensive

Ive tried that, and i also got 2 mp10s, cranked up to about 80% in my 40gallon, feeding very little, and wet skimming, and lots of flow i my sump, and i STILL get cyano. Lol, it even grows on my chaeto! Still, everything else looks good, so i just dont worry about it.

then address what and how often you are feeding go through the process of elimination nutrients is the issue usually like I said I use it as a last resource a lot of times it because or over feeding the corals with coral food it is usually a combination of a few things especially if it is growing in the sump and in the display tank could also have to do with overstocking the tank with corals and live stock these are some examples to give you a idea

Mine is there from over feeding. I can deal with the cost. I have a large fish and coral load. As to having to do it after 6 months for a couple patches of cyano, not a big deal IMO.

May need more CUC to take care of un-eaten bits.

Yes... I dosed per the exact amount of actual water volume. I turned off my skimmer but I haven't read anything about not vodka dosing. Anyone have suggestions?
