Clam newbie: Clams vs emerald crabs,nassarius, arrow crab, cbs

Just got a new beautiful clam from Johnny don't want it to get eaten.. Will the above be okay w a clam? I've heard emerald crabs are clam killers. Havent had a clam longer than a year.. Any tips? Thanks

Never heard of emerald crabs going after clams. Only time I've seen hermits and snails after a clam, is once the clam has died
