Will be breaking down my 120g over the next several weekends so equipment will not be ready to go until I transfer the livestock I'll be keeping and sell what I won't. Buyer of setup could also have preference if he/she wants to keep some of the LR/Sand or livestock I won't be keeping for the transfer to the bigger set up replacing this tank with. I will reserve equipment items for 50% deposit of the asking price.

About the set up. The tank itself, I'm aware of being the 3rd owner and I've had it set up for 3 years. It's a standard dimension 4'x2'x2' tank, eurobraced with black trim and has I believe 1/2" holes in all top corners of the eurobracing and overflow in the right back corner. I only used one of the top holes but it could be designed with a manifold or seaswirls in each corner for an SPS dominant tank. The cabinet itself is a custom build by Dave Mitchell (Davocean). The stand is 40" tall and has 4 doors that open (1 on each side, 2 in front), all with a very nice swirl stained glass. Dave's builds are overbuilt and could handle a tank twice as heavy. It has a removable center brace on the front if you wanted to add a larger sump. I have an acrylic 30g sump with chambers for skimmer, return pump, and refugium. Canopy is 10" tall and has false top so you can have lighting sit on platform while benefiting from the extra ventilation. Crown molding and piano hinge in front to help with feeding.

Tank, custom cabinet, and sump - $1,000 (50% of what I paid)

Light Fixture - ATI Sunpower Dimmable - 8 bulb --less than a year old, should have at least 3 months more life on the bulbs. I'm the original owner and bought new from Reefgeek - $550 (pending Seareef due to previous inquiry - if he doesn't want I'll remove this note)

SWC Extreme Cone 160 Skimmer + extra hybrid impeller. I bought brand new and have an extra hybrid impeller I will include with it. I'm the original owner $175

Serious inquiries only - I don't have time for flakes or those that want to haggle.

Trade for 300 gallon tank?
No thank you, I already have my custom 248g that is replacing this. I was going to put the big tank next to this and do a slower swap but I decided that I wanted the placement on the wall more centered so the 120g needs to be broken down.

To answer some additional questions. Tank is not starphire and I'm not sure about the brand. My prices are firm. I priced aggressively as I don't want to deal with haggling and wanted to line up a quick sell so when it's broken down in a few weeks it's ready to go. I won't hold equipment for anyone without 50% of the asking price down.

Last, I forgot to mention that everyone that sees my tank in person comments on how quiet this system is. I use an Oceanrunner 2500 return pump and have a modified stockman pipe in the overflow. I also have a basically brand new Oceanrunner 2500 that I had on hand as a backup should my original fail and will be selling both of those as well.

Thanks Jami,

Tank, stand, and sump are now SOLD!

Only remaining item is the skimmer. It will be probably about 2 weeks till it's ready and I will give it a thorough cleaning before pick up.
