I think they will provide plenty of light I have them set up to ramp up to 35% royal blue 32% blue and 18% white. During the day down to 5% at night. Plus I am only planning to keep some softies in the tank.
Added a small clean up crew to my tank.... 2 turbo snails and 6 blue legged hermit crabs. Also added a coralvue float switch to my skimmer so my skimmer cup won't over flow when my gf dumps too much top off water. I'll be ordering a marine magic ato as well an Advance acrylic ato reservoir. This weekend I'll be adding my pair of clown fishes and a cleaner shrimp.
Added some more live stock to my tank.... Also ordered a tunze nano stream 6040 and an ATO reservoir. My AI nano light is at 52% ill keep it there for a few more weeks till I add more corals then will begin ramping up to 80%.
I guess since its rimless, it helps to keep the walls from bowing. Buts it's really an over kill. I didn't choose the thickness since I bought the tank used. Wish it was thinner so I can run a vortech mp10.
Looks like I was able to do a few small upgrades this week. I got my tunze 3152 ato and nano stream 6040. Also a 7.5g ato reservoir. I guess I need to save up for my final piece of hardware. I want to join the dark side and pick up a apex jr. Reef controller.
Have a slight diatom bloom and red slime.... I need to get my phosphate lower and bump the Mag up to 1350. So far my polyps have doubled. Will need to tweak the lighting a little bit more to get more color.
