Dosing pump troubleshooting

I have a seaside dosing pump and the power went out yesterday. It has been blinking ever since the power was restored. I tried turning it on and off, pressing buttons to restart. But no success. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks.

Seaside risers are really cheap. I imagine the outage shorted it. You’ll more thank likely need a new one

Similar happened to my Frigidaire stove, had two power outages same day. First time reset clock no problem. Second time stayed blinking and couldn't set time, lost all oven function. Had to replace the control panel.

With processors controlling so many of our devices at home, I wonder if surge protectors would help any.
