Caught a tiny dwarf blue leg hermit at the end of his meal of my 2 Superman Zoas... GRRRRR.
didn't touch any of the others around it...
kinda pissed.....

I almost banished him to the bathroom LOL...
The blue legs don't even look at the other zoas.
I've seen them walk on by, pick at a few things on the frag plug, then keep moving.
T5's have sure made a difference in the colors too!!

What kind of lighting are you using now
Still have the 4PC's from before (2 actinic, 2 10,000K) but added 2 T5's as well... An ATI Blue plus and an ATI Aquablue. really made the colors pop!

I'm up to 4.9 watts/Gallon. Might need to try a clam!

I think your going to need 4 watts per gallon of T-5 for a clam, not 4.9 watts per gallon of PC and T-5.

Dave, you don't even need that much light to keep a clam. Or maybe the clam I have had for two years is going to drop dead tomorrow being in less than 3 watts a gal and burried under 100 stalks of xenia. Or the half a dozen I have at the store under frag racks, rocks, or others corals getting little to no light.
