so i was cleaning cheato n i felt energy in the water so i switch off one thing at a time n still was feeling it i turn everything off n it went away n i only have pump (externa)l heater skimmer n wave pump n lights so im out of ideas pls help

You may have a faulty power strip if you're using one or a bad outlet. There was a previous post about issues that led to a bad outlet. Also, just don't turn off but remove what you can to ensure there isn't a loop in the circuit.

I'm having same issue in my nano.. I bought new pumps.. and still! Can you expand on what to do with the grounding probe? I am a little lost..lol

Ok you gotta at least become familiar with the basics of electricity. So when we say ground and ground probe it literally means a conductive material that can transfer the current towards the ground. You yourself can serve as ground when you touch the tank barefoot. The titanium probe is a little titanium rod with a cable that connects to a ground on an electrical socket. That's the thick third piece found on most high voltage plugs. Anyway ... if you already unplugged everything and still feel the stray voltage. You need to neutralize the charge. So put a piece of metal that can touch both the floor and tank water (a cable or wire hanger) to do so. Then plug in things one by one and check for voltage. ok, i took every single electrical thing from the sump n tank i found ut was my curculation pumps n skimmer pump thanks every one for the help i need to replace this items n gonna buy a titanium ground probe from marine depo.
