No they are closed.
An email I received back in June.

The owners of Reef Dynamics LLC, after many years of producing some of the industries best American made products, have decided to end production and close the company. We are currently looking into options for the company's past clients to receive replacement parts and service. Once arrangements are made, we will make sure to post all the information on the Reef Dynamics website.
We want to thank everyone who we have worked with on projects and our clients who chose to purchase a Reef Dynamics product over the years."

i talked to jason the ''old owner'' of reef dynamics last week.
they got bought out last year by Titan Aquatic a custom tank manufacture in Arizona.
Titan Aquatic just closed down the reef dynamic side and will no longer make skimmers or reactors and such, but will still make custom tank's.
he said they have a big oven and can make cylinder tank's and just about any other kind of tank.
i still have access to the skimmers and reactors if anyone need's to buy one
