Sorry guys, I think the deal is at an impasse. The problem is shipping. I don’t trust their fulfillment center and they don’t seem to have a way for me to pick them up. It’s one thing to risk a hundred dollars on their shipping, it’s quite a different thing to risk several thousand.

Haha I've been waiting for my damn lights and they are SHIPPING from MV? lol, now my shipping delivered email makes a lot more sense

Based off my experience with shipping and the frustration from the remaining individual at the company there is no way I would risk thousands on that transaction. If there is no way to pick up locally and see the inventory in person that would be a hard pass for me.

i tried a few times to get the damaged ones replaced and i had to wait days to get an email reply from the euroaquatics email. yah i was pretty disappointed when i paid a bunch for shipping my orders then had them arrive from mo val by ups when it shouldve been way cheaper.

I was actually planning on providing replacements to people who had received damaged units. You’d PU or pay shipping but NC on replacements.
