Looking for opinions here -

was at the LFS and the guy is singing the praises of the Reef Nutrition products. He tells me your Zoas will love it, you gotta feed em. I was puzzled as I did not think you needed to "feed" zoas. The pitch was for RotiFeast & PhytoFeast a teaspoon a day of one type & alternating the days.

BTW - 28g Nano with 3x36 Nano Tunners Mod / Protien Skimmer & 95% Zoas

Your thoughts and experience..........

well to my knowledge, zoas don't NEED to be fed. But mine do eat all the time, they catch whatever falls on them and close right up to eat the stuff. I'd say it's a clever marketing phrase for the LFS to sell product, but wouldn't doubt that zoas would eat the stuff. I love Reef Nutrition. My $.02 :)

I fed the whole tank twice a week. I used Reef Nutrition stuffs, ReefRoid and ReefChilli.
When you feed them...your tank tends to get dirty more. If you don't change water...your nitrate will go the roof.
The more you feed = The more you need to do water change.:alberteinstein:
