Since I value the opinions of the great people on this site I figured I'd keep asking questions.
I just set up my wifes tank that is going to be live rock and fish only. I would like suggestions on what fish and how many would be a good combination for the tank. I can tell you I don't want a monster fish swimming around, I'd like small to medium size fish so that there is more movement in the tank. After years of having Tank Buster Cichlids I am over the one fish display. :fish:
Here is the info on the tank.
Cadlights 70 Gallon
Cadlights 36in LED Fixture with
36LX24WX18H
25 Gallon Sump W/Refugium
Bubble Magus NA6 Skimmer
MP40
60-65 LBS of live rock
80 LBS of Live Sand -60 in the tank and 20 in the refugium

So let me know what you think

Since you are going to do a FOWLR, I would suggest a few different pygmie angels and wrasses which would give you tons of color and movement.

Certain wrasses will pick on crabs and snails so I would try to avoid those so do your research before buying.

Great suggestions, I second the wrasses. Personally in a FOWLR, I would avoid crabs and snails anyways, that opens up a huge selection of wrasses.

Thanks guys for the suggestions, I am doing my research now..My favorite part, and I will post my final selection in the tank build. I like all the suggestions, especially Dwarf Angels and wrasse, but I also like snails and crabs. I know it sounds dumb but I do. I have what I think is a Malanurus Wrasse in my wifes tank (a different tank yes I have three tanks)...and it devours ALL snails and crabs. I just did a tank swap and there was not one living snail or crab in anywhere. I actually bought the fish from a local pet store when it was tiny about 3 years ago, and they weren't sure what it was. I just bought another clean up crew for my wife RSM and there were nearly 60 snails and crabs. You should have seen his belly after the first day. He even eats silver sides. I was feeding my Scolly and the wrasse stole the piece, went behind the rocks where I couldn't get him and devoured it. Is this normal? He will pick at anything odd in the tank. Like the algea scrapper, feeding tube, arms! Are wrasse jumpers? The new tank is an open top and I don't want to put anything over the top. I have had a sixline in an open top AP 24 for a couple of years with no problem.

I have a melanurus and it is definitely the most curious of frags, crabs, and snails... on occasion it will eat them, but most of the time just swims around with the others. I think some are worse than others, as that particular fish is reef safe with "caution".
