I have a 24g Aqua Pod tank thats been running for about 2 months now...I recently bought a nice little branching frogspawn from the LFS...and now one of the heads isnt opening, It seems to have retracted back into the skeleton. Its been in my tank for about a week now, but it has stayed closed up for about 2 days now, I feed my corals 2x a week "coral frenzy", and my water parameters have been perfect. Ive been using the stock lighting that came with my tank 2x 36w PC's. All my other corals and fish seem just fine...Heres a quick picture I took this morning on my phone...any ideas would help alot! This has been stressing me out lately..

My frogspawn is the same way. Try re-angling it. Sometimes a head will be shadowed by another and won't get enough light. If that doesn't work try adjusting ur flow so the frogspawn gets more water

looks like brown jelly disease to me...

is there like brown gross stuff coming out of the mouth and over the mouth...? i can't tell because of the tiny pics...

if it is... break that head off before the other ones keep dieing and move it in the tank...

i would just break it with your hands... or scissors... pliers... wire cutters... LOL, it's pretty easy to just break it off with anything really... i would also do a small water change to get your levels on check...

i really don't know what causes that, but i see it happen all the time... :(

i lost a lot of very nice healthy hammers and other LPS in the past because of this... worst when it's a wall...

Ok I did it! the surgery was a success, sorry to hear about your losses Gumbii, hopefully it didn't spread to my hammer coral that was near by... heres a pic of the surgery for future visual references. Thanks again for all your help and the quick replies!
